Golf Lessons & Services

I Teach Golf From the basics to the highest level. I provide a formula to replicate the correct movements to produce a great golf swing.

Simulator lessons are where we work to develop the formula for a great swing. We start with the basic and most important lesson: how to use your core and coordinate your lower body, not rely on your arms.

In many cases those who come to me have developed a swing from what they see on TV or by watching other people. This usually involves all upper body movements with shoulders and arms which is not where the golf swing comes from.

We begin with basics: grip, posture, alignment, etc. We will walk through the proper movement required in making a great golf swing. We then begin hitting balls into the simulator, and the fun begins.

The simulation allows you to see your ball flight just like the driving range. There is a difference however, the TrackMan also tells you swing speed, ball speed, launch angle, spin rate, smash factor, carry distance, total distance, and face to path. These parameters allow me to explain exactly what has occurred and allows me to explain any factors of change needed.

On-Course lessons require a player who has accomplished a repeatable swing.

Learning on the course is important in learning golf skills. We play through the course working on swing first, accuracy next and finally, power and distance. We will also work on we can work on short game, putting, and a number of specialty shots.

We usually start at 150 yds. I have the student hit several (5 or 6) to the green. We then play each ball at the green, those balls not hitting the green are then played on to the green and we then putt the balls into the hole. Each of these steps will have instructions as to the club choice, shot choice, etc. Learning on the course is important in learning golf skills.

"Golf is a very complicataed game. It is maddening yet rewarding, it is frustrating yet fun, it is individual yet social, it is the best game ever invented by man."
